Areas of Service:
Initially our client base was focused on the Greater Lithgow area, however the last three years in particular, has seen Barry F. Cosier & Associates extending our client base to Mudgee, Bathurst, Sydney and Wollongong.
The development of our growing client base in the Wollongong area is the result of our long association with the United Mine Workers Federation. The UMF South Western Districts invited Barry to assist their members with legal advice as required in the Wollongong area. Our clients in Wollongong are personally serviced by Barry Cosier.
Barry has had a long association with the Mudgee area and clients have always been keen to retain our services, even from such a distance. Our client base continues to grow and we now service this area on a regular basis with scheduled solicitor appointments. We provide our Solicitors with the technology to access information whilst they are conducting appointments away from the office, which allows us to accomplish successful appointments. This technology affords our business the ability to maintain off site services for our clients.
The Bathurst region has also had a long association with our Principal, Barry Cosier. As we look to the future we see great potential to expand our conveyance portfolio into into this area.
